We accept returns and exchanges on unused items purchased within 30 days.  Items must be in original packaging.  Sale items cannot be returned for refunds.  


To initiate your return, please contact support@ckie.com with your order number and reason for return.  A return authorization number and further instructions will be provided to you.

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item that needs to be replaced, please send us an email at support@ckie.com 

Refunds & Restocking fees

Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a creditminus a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank and/or credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Banks and credit card companies often have processing times up to 2 weeks.  Please contact us at support@ckie.com if you need any assistance. 

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
